Shift Hours:
- Morning Shift: 5 am - 1 pm
- Afternoon Shift: 1 pm - 9 pm
- Evening Shift: 3 pm - 11 pm
Note: Flexibility is key! You must be able to work all shifts at least once a week.
What You'll Do:
- Zoom through processes: Help our customers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Chat and email like a pro: Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email.
- Be the problem-solving hero: Tackle customer issues and provide the best possible solutions.
- Share your wisdom: Offer knowledgeable answers and spot-on recommendations.
- Handle inquiries with ease: Respond to customer shipping inquiries with confidence and care.
- Sell with flair: Use your sales skills to recommend and sell our services, ensuring customers get the best deals and solutions for their baggage needs.
What We Need from You:
- Education & Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Sales Savvy: A talent for sales, with a knack for understanding customer needs and making persuasive recommendations.
- Passion for Service: A burning desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
