Trueman Distribution Ltd is currently hiring an experienced Warehouse Assistant Shipper/Receiver.
Core Responsibilities:
- Audit and prepare picked orders for shipping.
- Organize shipping and receiving areas to ensure the smooth flow and products and orders.
- Prepare all documentation for shipping.
- Initiate and follow up on shipping claims by customers with respective carriers.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience/Education:
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Must have forklift experience.
- Stand-up counterbalance experience an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience with RF Scanners.
- Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Able to stay focused while doing repetitive work.
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment.
- Ability to work as a positive part of a team.
- At least 2 years experience in Shipping AND Receiving in a warehouse environment.
