Bradbosh Landscaping and Snow Removal Inc. has an opening for a Landscape Maintenance position for the upcoming summer season. Under the direction of Supervisors you will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as lawn maintenance which includes mowing, trimming, debris removal, litter pick and other various landscape related activities as needed. We are a COR certified company and believe safety is paramount.
Responsibilities

- Working in accordance with Bradbosh policies and procedures as well as being open to learn new things

- Lawn Cutting
- Spring & Fall Clean Ups
- Various Landscape tasks such as laying new sod, mulch and rock top ups.
- Sidewalk snow removal
- Site checks
Basic/Required Qualification
- Valid Driver’s License will be given preference and ability to provide copy of driver’s abstract
- Working knowledge of the use of common hand and power tools relative to landscape maintenance and snow removal
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instructions
- Ability to maintain simple records and make verbal reports
- Strong adherence to Bradbosh safety policies and protocol
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous landscaping, snow removal and/or maintenance experience is an asset
- Ability to take direction, learn and work independently as well as part of a team
- Motivated and energetic team player with an attention to detail and great work ethic
- Ability to take direction, learn and work independently as well as part of a team
- Valid Class 5 license
- Ability to drive truck and trailer an asset
Working Conditions/Physical Demands
- Ability to perform moderate to heavy intensive tasks for extended periods of time
- Working in a variety of outdoor environments with the ability to withstand cold and hot temperatures
- Cold weather, on-call during winter months
- Physically Demanding position
- Significant standing, walking, climbing, stooping, kneeling
- Repetitive Motions
- Ability to regularly lift, carry, push and pull weights of up to 50 - 100 lbs
