Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and attentive Restaurant Server to provide exceptional guest experiences in a fast-paced dining environment. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests’ needs are met promptly and professionally. Previous restaurant experience and knowledge of food safety standards are highly valued.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
- Take accurate food and beverage orders
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining presentation standards
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales
- Ensure proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures are followed at all times
- Assist with setting up tables, cleaning dining areas, and maintaining a clean work environment
- Manage multiple tables effectively through excellent time management skills
- Address guest inquiries promptly, providing exceptional guest services throughout their visit
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures
- Experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting with excellent time management skills
- Effective communication skills to interact with guests and team members seamlessly

- Ability to upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase revenue
