This role is a Business Development Role for the sales aspect of the business. In this Role you will be serving as an important connection to maintain existing client relations, complete outgoing phone calls and booking appointments with the sales team. This will assist growth and profitability for the business through customer acquisition and retaining current clientele. The BDC Department is always growing and changing, the right person will adapt to this.
What you’ll be doing:
- Scheduling appointments with the Sales Team
- Developing sales leads
- Phone, email and text communication with clients
- Customer Retention
- Maintain existing client relationships
- Track appointment and call activity, reporting to the BDM (Business Development Manager)
- Log customer information
- Create and filter customer retention lists and schedule sales appointments
- Follow up on sales appointments to connect about the customer experience
- Convert service appointments into sales appointments for the team
