Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Framer/Carpenter to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for constructing, installing, and repairing structures using a variety of materials and tools. Your expertise will help bring architectural visions to life, ensuring safety, durability, and quality in every project. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute construction plans.
- Build and install frameworks for walls, floors, roofs, and other structural components using hand tools and power tools.
- Perform concrete forming and finishing tasks for foundations, walls, and other structural elements.
- Install siding, drywall, and other exterior or interior finishes with precision and attention to detail.
- Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks such as lifting heavy materials or preparing sites for construction.
- Conduct restoration work by repairing or replacing damaged structures or surfaces.
- Use welding techniques when necessary to join metal components or reinforce structures.
- Ensure all work complies with safety standards and building codes while maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in carpentry, framing, or related construction roles with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings confidently.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and woodworking techniques.
- Knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, drywall installation, siding application, and welding is highly desirable.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed.
- Familiarity with schematics for electrical or mechanical systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail combined with excellent problem-solving skills to ensure quality workmanship.

Pay: $22.00-$35.00 per hour
