SUMMARY
Shift: Day Shift (6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m., Monday–Friday)
We are seeking a detail-oriented Electronics Cable & Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. This role is vital in supporting our mission to produce high-quality electronic products for various industries. The successful candidate will assemble complex electronic components with precision while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assemble units using PCBs, cables, and metal components by following detailed Manufacturing Instructions (MI's), which may include soldering and mechanical assembly according to schematics and technical specifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools to perform mechanical and electrical assembly tasks.
- Interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly of cables and electronic components.
- Operate cutting and crimping machines used in cable production.
- Perform PCB-level testing by following customer instructions and documented procedures.
- Build cables according to Manufacturing Instructions, including reading customer drawings and diagrams.
- Identify and report defects, quality concerns, or process issues to the appropriate team members.
- Rework RMA units returned to the facility.
- Ensure all work follows established processes and quality standards, including IPC and ISO requirements.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to troubleshoot assembly or product issues.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure work meets quality standards and customer specifications before moving to the next stage of production.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process, including assisting with updates to mechanical assembly instructions.
- Follow all health and safety procedures, policies, and training requirements while performing assigned duties.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including cross-training in other production areas.
JOB KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high quality standards.
- Experience using hand tools and basic mechanical assembly tools.
- Ability to follow detailed manufacturing instructions and documented processes.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience in electronic assembly or manufacturing.
- Experience working in a small to medium-volume manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and schematics.
- Solid knowledge of IPC standards and ISO quality environments.
- Experience performing cable assemblies, soldering, or PCB-level work.
- Experience operating cutting or crimping machines for cable production.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to perform repetitive hand and finger movements.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while performing assembly tasks.
- Ability to visually inspect small electronic components.
- Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs.
WORKING CONDITIONS
Working conditions are typical of a manufacturing environment and may include exposure to certain chemicals and fumes. Operation of machinery requires the use of appropriate safety equipment and training. The position involves repetitive hand motions and precision work.

- Paid vacation time.
- Paid Christmas shutdown (available after 3- months of employment).

- Two paid 15 minutes breaks plus an unpaid 30minutes lunch break.
