Commercial Site Supervisor — Barrie & Woodbridge
Location: Barrie, ON (current project) → Woodbridge, ON (new build starting September)

About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Commercial Site Supervisor to take the lead on a commercial project in Barrie through to completion, then transition into a new build in Woodbridge starting this September. You'll be the on-site point person — coordinating trades, keeping things moving, and making sure every detail is tracked and accounted for.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage all trades on-site
- Coordinate scheduling to keep the project on track and on budget
- Complete daily logs and site reports
- Ensure work meets quality, safety, and code standards
- Act as the main point of contact between trades, PM, and client
- Identify and resolve issues on-site before they become delays
- Support a smooth handoff from the Barrie project into the Woodbridge build
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience supervising commercial construction projects (5+ years)
- Deep experience in ICI projects managing $10M+ projects
- Strong working knowledge of trade coordination and sequencing
- Comfortable managing multiple trades and schedules simultaneously
- Solid communication and documentation skills (daily logs, reporting)
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel between Barrie and Woodbridge sites
- Knowledge of Ontario building codes and site safety requirements (WHMIS, working at heights, etc. an asset)

Pay: $35.00-$60.00 per hour
