Overview
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and an all rounder Barista to join our team. If you're passionate about coffee, enjoy creating exceptional customer experiences, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
The ideal candidate has at least one year of barista experience, takes pride in crafting quality beverages, works well as part of a team, and brings a positive, smiling attitude to every shift. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and is available to work weekends.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based beverages, coffees, teas, and other specialty drinks according to company standards.
- Provide friendly, welcoming, and professional customer service with every interaction.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary café environment.
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as required.
- Restock ingredients, supplies, and café products throughout each shift.
- Monitor beverage quality and consistency to ensure every customer receives an exceptional product.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining attention to detail.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace.
- Take initiative to complete tasks and keep the café running smoothly without constant supervision.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of barista experience is required.
- Passion for coffee, hospitality, and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude and genuine smile.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
- Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of espresso equipment, drink preparation, and food safety practices.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining high standards.
- Food Handler Certification is an asset.
- Weekend availability is required.
