We are a collaborative end-to-end team of designers, engineers, project managers, and production personnel along with our integrated facility and vendor partnerships.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Create comprehensive drawings with all necessary information to guide the product through production
· Utilize Mosaik Design Software for drawings and CNC programming. Ensuring all details are accurately represented for seamless production. Creating drawings that directly translate to the final product
· Interpret architectural drawings, site dimensions, and other relevant data to understand project requirements thoroughly
· Revise redlines and ensuring the accuracy of information prior to resubmission, while exceeding customer requirements
· Create bill of materials for shop drawings and management for seamless project execution
· Develop detailed design drawings and specifications for millwork components, adhering to designer requirements
· Collaborate closely with the Designer, Project Manager and Production Manager, modifying designs as needed to address deficiencies or reduce production issues
· Communicate project timelines internally across departments to ensure alignment and coordination
ABILITIES:
· Proficient in Mosaik software is required.
· High attention to detail
· Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, listening, oral, and written
· Able to generate layout drawings-sketches and specifications
· Familiar with design parameters related to architectural millwork
· Knowledgeable of standard drafting practices and procedures
· Able to determine what material is used with various products
· Able to work with minimal supervision, efficiently schedule and manage time
· Comfortable using basic and advanced measuring equipment
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
· Architectural Millwork Industry (3+ years)
· Mosaik software (3+ years)
· Carpentry/Cabinet Making Experience is considered a strong asset
Solidworks considered a strong asset
· Good understanding of hardware
· Problem and technical solver
· Self-driven and motivated
· Able to work independently
· High attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
