We are a trendy, vibrant, international award-winning, destination winery in Lake Country. We boast epic views of Lake Okanagan from our 10,000 square foot, gravity-fed, Pinot Noir facility and tasting room, and our epic hospitality center and restaurant. We pride ourselves on being a World-Class Destination for Tasting & Dining. We are looking to build an Unparalleled hospitality & food service team. We will be seeking individuals with a proven track record in industry that come with a vibrant personality and are driven to be team players. The positions will mostly be seasonal starting in spring but key employees will be retained through winter months.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.
- Ensure all food is handled safely and meets quality standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist in meal preparation and ingredient sourcing as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service and timely meal delivery.
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines at all times.
