We're seeking part-time academic tutors in all core subjects (Math, ELA, Science, Social, French, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics) who align with our vision, mission, and values. Job Description
Required Qualifications:
Certified teachers, university students, and graduates from programs that align with the subjects they intend to teach
Previous teaching experience or experience working with children (teaching, tutoring, coaching, camp counsellor, etc.)
Knowledge and experience with the Alberta curriculum
Dependable, professional and a solid commitment to supporting the learning of students
Ability to work independently and effectively in team settings
Possess exceptional communication, time management and people skills
Passion for innovative teaching and a desire to impact the lives of young people
Open to complete a Police Information Check under vulnerable sector
Access to a vehicle and the ability to commute reliably for in-home sessions
Reliable access to a computer with audio-visual capabilities for online sessions
Ability to tutor on weeknights (4 pm to 9 pm) and weekends

- Evening shift
