As a Tanning & Boutique Consultant, you will be the friendly face and expert guide for clients seeking a safe, enjoyable, and effective tanning experience. You will also be operating a busy fashionable boutique.

Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional guest services to create a positive experience from the moment they walk in
- Educate clients on tanning options, safety procedures, and aftercare to ensure responsible use of tanning products and equipment
- Operate tanning beds, spray tanning booths, and other equipment safely and efficiently following all sanitation protocols
- Assist clients with product demos, recommending skincare products, and upselling additional services to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all tanning equipment, beds, and work areas in compliance with health standards
- Support retail sales by promoting skincare, tanning lotions, body waxing products, makeup applications, and nail care items
- Schedule appointments, manage front desk operations, and handle client inquiries with clear communication skills
Skills
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to connect with diverse guests in a friendly manner
- Excellent communication skills to explain procedures clearly and answer questions confidently
- Knowledge of sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Retail sales experience with a focus on upselling and product recommendations
- Basic understanding of beauty services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, makeup application, hair styling, and nail care is a plus
- Ability to multitask efficiently at the front desk while maintaining professionalism under pressure
- Hospitality mindset with a genuine desire to make every guest feel valued and cared for
