We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in floral and grocery sales, with a focus on B2B sales. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive sales growth. Applicants must have experience in the floral industry to be considered.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
- Identify and target potential clients through research and networking
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our offerings
- Manage existing accounts, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on progress
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in grocery, floral and wholesale fields
- Strong skills in business development and account management
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
- Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals successfully
- Experience in outside sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
