Registered Massage Therapist (Take over existing caseload )
Riverbend Chiropractic & Wellness is looking for a Registered Massage Therapist to join our multidisciplinary clinic in Edmonton.
We are a busy, established clinic with strong patient demand, and we are looking for a therapist who wants to walk into and take over a consistently busy schedule rather than build from scratch.
Ideal Start Date is August 1
What You’ll Walk Into
- Established clinic with strong referral flow
- Reception, scheduling, billing, and insurance handling
- Consistent internal referrals from chiropractic care
- Ongoing new patient intake through clinic marketing
- Modern, well-maintained treatment room
- Online booking + streamlined admin systems
- Supportive, collaborative clinical environment
Our current RMTs are consistently busy, with schedules often filled except for cancellations. Our focus is maintaining continuity for patients and minimizing downtime for therapists.
Compensation
- Competitive contractor split (60–67% based on experience and schedule commitment)

What We’re Looking For
We are looking for a therapist who:
- Is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing (Alberta)
- Values consistency and client care
- Can maintain a reliable weekly schedule
- Enjoys working in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment
- Communicates professionally and shows up consistently
We are not looking for high turnover / short-term practitioners or occasional availability therapists.

You’ll be working alongside chiropractors in a setting designed to support long-term patient relationships. Not transactional, one-off treatments. Other modalities we offer include acupuncture, IMS/Dry Needling, shockwave therapy, custom orthotics, rehab programs.
All possible hours that are available include:
Monday- All Day
Tuesday - Before 2PM
Wednesday - Before 2PM
Thursday - Before 1PM
Friday - After 3PM
Saturday - After 3PM (If desired)
Sunday - All Day (If desired)
