Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Night Auditor/Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth overnight operations, providing exceptional guest services, and maintaining the hotel’s reputation for excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and experience in hospitality or front desk functions. Multilingual and bilingual abilities are highly valued to assist a diverse guest population. Responsibilities
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and courteously
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer calls promptly and provide accurate information
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, reservations, and billing details during overnight shifts
- Prepare daily financial reports and reconcile accounts at the end of each shift
- Ensure the security of guest information and hotel property during overnight hours
- Perform administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and handling correspondence
- Uphold hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction
- Assist with light cleaning duties in public areas as needed
Experience
- Previous experience in front desk operations or hospitality is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and hotel management software is advantageous
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills are essential
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele
- Prior experience working night shifts or in a hospitality environment will be considered an asset
This role requires a friendly, professional individual committed to delivering outstanding guest experiences while maintaining operational efficiency during overnight hours.
Pay: $15.70-$16.00 per hour
