A service-driven paper and packaging products company, Atlantic Packaging has grown to become one of Canada’s largest paper manufacturers and a leading producer of packaging products. Our organization employs approximately 1000 people at eight manufacturing plants and four distribution centers.
We are looking for a Part Time staff Bookkeeper to join our Accounting Department in Scarborough.
Accounts payable/ receivable invoicing
Preparing HST return and income taxes payments and government filings
Documents managements, e.g. documents filing and scanning
Bookkeeping and reconcile the financial records
Other tasks related to bookkeeping and accounting
Completion of a University or College business or business related program preferred or previous experience as a bookkeeper
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically excel
Strong/effective communication skills
Good organizational skills and the ability to prioritize
Ability to work autonomously and with little direction in a high volume, fast paced environment
Ability to present themselves in a professional manner
