Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, hallways, and public areas to ensure a spotless environment.
- Change bed linens, replenish amenities, and restock supplies to meet guest needs and hotel standards.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as vacuuming carpets, dusting surfaces, and disinfecting high-touch areas.
- Report maintenance issues or damages promptly to ensure swift resolution and safety.
- Follow established health and safety protocols to maintain a hygienic workspace for staff and guests.
- Assist with laundry duties including washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels.
- Support team efforts during busy periods by helping with additional cleaning or guest requests as needed.
Skills
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality environments is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, industrial cleaning tools, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure every corner meets cleanliness standards.
- Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and respond to guest needs professionally.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and perform cleaning tasks throughout shifts.
- Prior hotel or custodial experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates.
