Join Our Team as a Residence Assistant (RA) or Student Life Assistant (SLA)!
These roles offer an incredible opportunity to live, work, and grow in a lively boarding school
community. Whether you're passionate about student life, mentorship, sports, or leadership,
this experience will give you invaluable skills for your future career.
Residence Assistant (RA) Responsibilities:
- Be a role model and mentor for boarding students.
- Work closely with the residential life team to ensure a safe and supportive environment.
- Assist with evening and weekend supervision duties in the boarding house.
- Coach or assist in coaching a sport during the school year.
- Support students during weekend bus trips to Montreal ($100 compensation per trip).
- Total commitment: ~23.6 hours per week.
Student Life Assistant (SLA) Responsibilities:
- Lead and animate exciting weekend activities for students.
- Create an engaging and inclusive student life experience.
- Coach or assist in coaching a sport during the school year.
- Support students during weekend bus trips to Montreal ($100 compensation per trip).
- Total commitment: ~23.6 hours per week.
