We are a premier hospitality group behind the award-winning Adrak restaurants. As we expand our portfolio, we are launching a new flagship dining destination in Toronto's Financial District - Raani. We are seeking an experienced and driven Sous Chef - Tandoor to play a key role in the kitchen.

Position Overview
The Sous Chef - Tandoor will support the senior culinary team in overseeing the daily kitchen operations of the outlet, while leading the Tandoor division. This role requires strong technical ability, leadership presence, and the discipline to maintain high culinary standards in a fast-paced, premium dining environment.
Ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, calm under pressure, and committed to long-term growth within a serious hospitality group, including but not limited to overseeing mise en place and service execution across all stations, ensuring consistency in quality and presentation, and supporting menu development.
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of South Asian cuisine required
- Experience with grill, tandoor, or live-fire cooking is a must
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and service-heavy schedules
- Attention to detail and creativity
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Pay: $70,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
