We’re Hiring – Condo Cleaner / General Maintenance
Part-Time Casual | Weekends Available
We are currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented team member to assist with cleaning and general maintenance of condominium common areas in the Downtown Toronto area.
We are looking for a team member who can help fill in vacation requests — hours will change and locations vary to different condos located in Downtown Toronto
Responsibilities Include:
- Cleaning common areas, hallways, and amenity spaces (such as guest suites, party room, gym)
- Wiping and sanitizing countertops and high-touch surfaces
- Cleaning interior windows and glass surfaces
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as required
- Emptying garbage and recycling bins
- Reporting maintenance concerns when identified
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents
Requirements:
- Previous cleaning experience in condominium
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Spanish is considered an asset
