JOB TITLE: Occupational Therapist

HOURS OF WORK: Day; TEMP: September 1, 2021 to Septemeber 1, 2022; Subject to change due to operational requirements
SALARY: $37.7235 to $45.0060 per hour (Subject to employment status)
Clinical lead is responsible for supervising the provision of services to clients, their families and communities within Addiction and Mental Health Services
A university degree in a related field.
Must be registered and a member in good standing with the New Brunswick Association of Occupational Therapists and eligible for membership in the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.
Must have 3 years clincial experience in community Addiction and Mental Health Services
Ability to attend work on a regular basis.
Ability to perform the duties of the position.
Good work record.
Written and spoken competence in English (B2.1 or Advanced) and spoken competence in French (B1.2 or Intermediate Plus) are required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:The Occupational Therapy Supervisor is responsible for:
Assigning, overseeing, reviewing and evaluating service delivery
Planning, directing and evaluating therapy programs and services
Providing staff orientation and coordinating staff development programs
Serving as a professional practice leader
Developing and/or ensuring compliance with standards, policies and procedures
Coordinating or participating in student placements
Performing the work of an occupational therapist
