Job Description
-
Resolve the daily technical issues reported by end users in the company

Make effective use of ticketing system to record, track, and follow-up on open incidents and ensure resolution is set within the SLA’s
-
Troubleshoot problems with laptops, desktops and other equipment and perform hardware replacements or upgrades as needed
-
Provide technical support for Microsoft Windows operating systems and applications, Email, and custom Manitoulin applications and portals
-
Provide training on new and existing applications as required
-
Working with the Infrastructure group when required
-
Create how-to documentation to assist people with various computer tasks
-
Assist with or lead team initiatives
-
Physically install and deploy new equipment as required
-
Be available for flexible hours when required
-
Scheduled to work on-call
-
Maintain asset and system records
-
This is an In Office position
-
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
-
Completion of a college diploma and minimum of 2 - 3 years related experience
-
Experience with the setup and maintenance of network PCs, laptops and printers
-
Ability to fully troubleshoot and support Microsoft Windows and Mac users
