About the Role
We are actively recruiting experienced Registered Nurses for a series of summer 2026 contract positions across multiple Fraser Health hospitals. We have openings in Emergency, Operating Room, and Intensive Care — with multiple sites and shifts available to suit your schedule and specialty.

Emergency Department (ERQ / Emergency Qualified)
- Surrey Memorial Hospital | Jun 9 – Aug 31, 2026 | Rotating days, evenings & nights | 7 days/week, 24/7
- Burnaby Hospital | Jun 11 – Aug 31, 2026 | Days & evenings | 0730–1945 / 1930–0745
- Delta Hospital | Jul 1 – Sep 8, 2026 | 12-hour days & nights | 0730–1930 / 1130–2330 / 1930–0730
Operating Room
- Burnaby Hospital | Jul 2 – Aug 31, 2026 | Days, evenings & weekends | 0715–1515 / 0915–1715 / 1515–2315
- Langley Hospital | Jun 1 – Aug 31, 2026 | 7-day rotation with call | Mon–Sat (call as needed), Sunday on-call
- Royal Columbian Hospital (Cardiac OR) | Jun 19 – Aug 31, 2026 | 0715–1515 / 0715–1930 / 1230–2030 + on-call
- Surrey Memorial Hospital | Aug 1 – Aug 31, 2026 | Days & evenings | 0730–1530 / 1530–2330
ICU / Critical Care
- Burnaby Hospital | Jul 20 – Aug 31, 2026 | Rotating weekdays & weekends | 0730–1945 / 1930–0745
What We're Looking For
- Active BCCNM registration in good standing
- Minimum 18 months CAD recent experience in your specialty (Emergency, OR, or ICU/Critical Care)
- ERQ or Emergency Qualified certification (for ER roles)
- Cardiac OR experience an asset (for RCH Cardiac role)
- Critical Care certification (for ICU roles)
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends
