Job Summary
The Line Cook will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of kitchen operations, and food preparation in our establishment. This role requires a creative culinary professional with strong cooking skills to ensure the highest quality dining experience for our customers.
Duties
- Maintain consistent menu items in line with culinary trends and customer preferences
- Be able to work independently, and with other team members
- Execute proper cooking techniques and procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
Qualifications
- Proven experience as Line Cook or similar role in the food industry
- In-depth knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong teamwork ethic and communication skills to effectively work as a culinary team
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple priorities
- Certification in food safety and sanitation practices is preferred
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 30 per week
