We are seeking a skilled and reliable 310S Automotive Service Technician or a 3rd Year Automotive Service Technician Apprentice to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles to ensure safe and reliable operation. Responsibilities
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
- Repair or replace faulty components, including brakes, suspension, steering, engines, transmissions, and other mechanical systems.
- Use hand tools and power tools to disassemble, repair, and reassemble vehicle components.
- Complete preventive maintenance services according to manufacturer recommendations.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs performed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs and customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to all workplace safety policies and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- 310S Automotive Service Technician Licence or registered 3rd Year Automotive Service Technician Apprentice.
- Valid driver's licence.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Skills
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and automotive diagnostic equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in automotive repair and maintenance is preferred.
