Job Summary
Looking for a person to join my team to help with post reno cleaning, and maintaining the properties inside and out.
Post reno clean is a lot of hands and knees scrubbing, and a full house clean, windows. (normally three full days)
We do a part day after staging is completed full clean once the house is sold.
Bi weekly clean to a personal house
I supply all cleaning supplies
all houses are with Brantford
Responsibilities
- Perform thorough post reno cleans, restrooms, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and disinfect surfaces to maintain high standards of hygiene and appearance
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap dispensers, and trash liners to ensure continuous availability
- Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to cover all assigned areas efficiently
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to ensure a safe environment for all occupants
- Maintain cleanliness of waste disposal areas and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal practices
- Cleaning, cutting grass, watering the yards or plants, pulling weeds, cleaning/skimming pools.
