Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our team on a 100% commission basis. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales by connecting with investors and property owners, educating them on ROOMME’s services, and closing deals. This is an ideal opportunity for self-starters who thrive in a performance-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with real estate investors, property managers, and owners.
- Promote ROOMME’s furnishing and design services as solutions to increase property value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through consistent follow-up.
- Present custom design briefs to meet the unique needs of each client.
- Close sales
- Stay informed about industry trends and ROOMME’s evolving service offerings.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a pipeline of potential clients.
- Self-motivated with a desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
- Knowledge of real estate investment and property management is a plus.
