Job Description:

TD Information Security covers the development and management of security strategies, policies and programs to assess, prioritize, and mitigate business risk with technology controls.
Priorities include: mitigating and managing cyber security threats, ensuring systems availability, aligning with global regulatory risk and compliance requirements, managing systems and network complexity, and partnering with businesses for better technology delivery by providing advice on technology controls.

- Provide L2 support and administration for PAM platforms (CyberArk vaults, EPM)
- Execute privileged/non-privileged account onboarding, provisioning, and vaulting
- Perform credential management (rotation, troubleshooting, vault maintenance)
- Execute control activities (attestations, hygiene, safe/platform management)
- Support production deployments and platform updates
- Partner with Engineering/Governance to ensure alignment to PAM standards
- Support audit requests and evidence collection
Share your credentials, but your relevant experience and knowledge can be just as likely to get our attention. It helps if you have:
- University Degree
- Information Security Certification / CyberArk / Accreditation an asset.
- 5–8+ years in IAM/PAM, IT Operations, or Information Security
- Experience supporting PAM platforms in production environments
- Experience with CyberArk administration is required.
- Programming or scripting skills are an asset.
- Strong understanding of:
- Privileged access lifecycle
- Access provisioning and control execution
- Enterprise infrastructure (AD, OS, DB systems)
- Participate in computer security incident responses relevant to business (or enterprise wide), represent your respective position to the business while conveying their needs to the incident response team.
- Provide 24x7 on-call support on a rotating schedule. Role may require occasional travel to the Greater Toronto Area datacenters for onsite support Analyze and problem-solve issues.
- Be a resource/SME to the Team as well as to internal customers
- Document processes, new or old, to better the team's information, using Atlassian Confluence & MS SharePoint
- Adhere to policies, procedures, technology control standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Contribute to internal activity and process review, flag windows for improvement.
- Be able to juggle several different tasks effectively, within delivery deadlines
- Adhere to, advise, oversee, monitor and enforce enterprise frameworks and methodologies related to technology controls / information security activities.
- Influence behavior to reduce risk, foster a strong technology risk management culture.
- Define, develop, implement and manage standards, policies, procedures, and solutions that mitigate risk and maximize security, service availability, efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrated ability to participate in projects of moderate to high complexity.
- Readiness to participate in projects of moderate to high complexity and provide complex reporting, analysis, and assessments at the functional, business line or enterprise level.
- Manage relationships with other technology/business/corporate/control functions.
- Assess, identify and escalate issues appropriately.
