Autodata Solutions is looking for a Systems Integrator to join their growing London team!

Position Overview:
As a System Integrator, you will contribute to all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle by deploying, configuring and integrating software solutions. This role works closely with Delivery Unit stakeholders to ensure effective release and configuration management across multiple environments. You will participate in the ongoing development, deployment and support of multiple data centers and hybrid cloud environments. Join us and become a member of a collaborative team of Technology Leaders as we define and implement continuous integration and continuous delivery constructs.

Core Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Develop a detailed understanding of client needs and project requirements
Lead technical integration of Project, Sustain, Client and Third-party initiatives, supporting deliverable transitions through all phases
Create and maintain configuration management and release documentation
Lead the deployment of product releases to development, test, integration, and production environments
Lead end-to-end system integration and verification activities
Architecture, champion environment stability non-functional requirements (i.e. security, fit for purpose, upgradability, etc.)
Collaborate with Technology Leaders to identify and implement CI/CD tools and technologies
Contribute to the implementation system monitoring constructs
Participate in troubleshooting system-level issues
Assist with resource estimation for future solutions and facilitate the engagement of other Technical resources
Product/Solution Cost Optimization/Ongoing Sustain Costs
Researching and collaborating with Solutions Architects/Dev leads/other Technical resources
Promote adherence to client contractual obligations and service level agreements
Forecasting impact to budget, capacity, growth, software, licensing, resources, etc.
Maintain high levels of technical expertise
Contribute to the definition and adherence of best practices for all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle

Education, Experience, and Qualifications:
Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Software Engineering
5+ years of experience implementing DevOps toolchains
Experience with version control software such as Perforce
Experience with build tools such as Maven or Ant
Experience with continuous integration tools such as Jenkins or TeamCity
Experience with configuration management tools such as Puppet, Chef, Ansible, or SaltStack
Experience with container tools and orchestration systems such as Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with monitoring tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, CloudWatch or Splunk
Experience with web servers such as Apache HTTP Server or NGINX
Experience working with service mesh technologies such as Istio would be an asset
Experience designing and executing automated test suites for the integration and system test levels
Experience working with programming languages such as Python, Go or Java
Experience with AWS or Azure cloud platforms would be an asset
Experience with TCP/IP networking, configuration, and monitoring would be an asset
Experience with Linux system administration would be an asset
Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate at all levels of an organization
Exceptionally self-motivated, self-directed, and detail-oriented
Demonstrated interpersonal, time management, and people management skills
Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
