We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our financial services team. Duties
- Assist with data entry and account reconciliation processes using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, and UltiPro.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure accurate processing of transactions.
- Help maintain payroll records and process payroll using systems like ADP, Ceridian, Kronos, and UltiPro.
- Conduct account analysis to identify discrepancies or variances in financial data.
- Assist with budgeting tasks and prepare reports for review by senior finance staff.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes by organizing financial documents and performing routine bookkeeping tasks.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal controls and policies.
- Perform general administrative duties related to finance operations including data entry and document management.
Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, Xero, Workday, PeopleSoft, or UltiPro is preferred.
- Basic understanding of accounts payable/receivable processes and payroll systems like ADP or Ceridian is a plus.
- Strong mathematical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and account reconciliation.
- Experience with financial analysis or budgeting is advantageous but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $800.00-$1,500.00 per month
