About WILYMI
WILYMI is a growing Canadian luxury jewelry brand specializing in meaningful, personalized jewelry. As our community continues to grow, we’re looking for a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team and help create an exceptional experience for every customer.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who already has a full-time job but is looking to earn additional income through flexible part-time work from home.
About the Role
You’ll play an important role in bringing each customer’s order to life. Working from your home, you’ll manufacture and assemble jewelry pieces, carefully package orders, and prepare them for shipment.
No heavy manufacturing experience is required, but you should be skillful in working with your hands and take pride in producing high-quality work.
Comprehensive training will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Assemble and manufacture personalized jewelry pieces
- Perform customization (training provided)
- Quality check every order before shipment
- Package orders to WILYMI’s luxury brand standards
- Organize and update inventory and supplies with precision
- Prepare customer orders for shipping
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Help ensure orders are completed accurately and on time
The Ideal Candidate
We’re looking for someone who:
- Is extremely detail-oriented
- Enjoys hands-on, creative work
- Has a home workspace to house supplies & fulfill orders.
- Takes pride in producing quality work
- Is organized and dependable
- Works well independently
- Has a positive attitude and communicates well.
- Learns new processes quickly
- Has strong time management skills
- Is comfortable using a computer for basic order managementPrevious experience with jewelry making, crafting, sewing, fine assembly, esthetics, nail artistry, or other precision handwork is considered an asset, but is not required.
Schedule
- Flexible part-time hours
- Approximately 5–20 hours per week (with potential for more during busy seasons)
- Work can largely be completed around your existing schedule (but preferably within the window of Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm).
- Ideal for evenings and weekends

- Reliable transportation for order shipments & supply pickup/drop-off
