We are currently seeking candidates for the role of Administrative Assistant. This position is based at our Head Office in Saint John, New Brunswick and will report to the Purchasing Manager.

Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support and clerical duties such as; typing, filing, answering telephones
Prepare documents and materials for meetings
Answer general inquiries from vendors as well as internal staff
Liaise and interact with other departments and locations as necessary
Other duties and functions as required

Qualifications:
5 years experience as an administrative assistant
Proficient knowledge in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Tableau and Cognos
Completion of post-secondary education
Ability to take initiative and problem solve
Highly detailed and well organized
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Team player
