Position Overview
The HR & Office Manager is the operational backbone of Amity Exteriors. This role blends HR administration, office operations, payroll coordination, and team culture — ensuring the internal functions of the business run smoothly so field and project teams can focus on delivering exceptional work.
Key Responsibilities
HR & People Management
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding
- Maintain employee records, contracts, certifications, and HR documentation
- Administer benefits, vacation tracking, and leaves of absence
- Support performance review processes and document outcomes
- Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires across field and office teams
- Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with Amity's values
Payroll & Financial Administration
- Process bi-weekly payroll accurately and on time
- Track hours, overtime, and piece-work records for field employees
- Liaise with accounting/bookkeeper for AP, AR, and expense tracking
- Assist with invoice processing and vendor account management
Office Operations
- Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and general administrative functions
- Maintain company-wide filing systems (digital and physical)
- Support leadership with scheduling, travel coordination, and meeting preparation
- Maintain compliance documentation: WCB, insurance, certifications, and permits
- Assist with drafting communications, reports, and internal policies
Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Experience:
