Job Overview
We are seeking motivated Skilled Labourers working toward their Red Seal Carpentry Certification or experienced Red Seal Carpenters ready to step into a leadership role. This position involves framing, formwork, and collaborating with other trades on modular projects, with interior and exterior finishing experience considered a strong asset. We are looking for individuals with a positive, team-focused attitude who want to grow with a dynamic and expanding company—whether you’re building your skills toward certification or leading a crew on-site.
Responsibilities
- What You'll Do:
- Perform residential formwork and wood stud framing
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Collaborate with other trades and workers on multiple job sites
- Travel with the team for on-site modular installations (preferred)
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional worksite at all times
- Complete other duties as assigned
Experience
Candidates should have experience or familiarity with the following skills:
- Minimum 3-5 years of carpentry/construction/framing experience
- Red Seal Carpentry Certificate or actively working toward certification
- Proven ability to deliver high-quality workmanship
- Physically able to kneel, bend, stand, stoop, and stretch for long periods, and lift heavy objects up to 50lbs.
- Production-driven mentality while maintaining craftsmanship
- Strong awareness of health and safety practices
- Valid driver’s license
- Personal hand tools
