Client Relationship Manager within our client’s Managed Services organization, you will be responsible for ensuring their Managed customers have continued success.
As our Client Relationship Manager, your focus will be:
Client engagement management and relationship building
Manage, facilitate and track execution of service deliverables as per the customer contract
Implement and lead regular service management reviews with each customer focused around customer satisfaction, service level reporting, deliverable execution and opportunities for service growth and improvement
Coordinate with other internal teams to ensure a consistent, seamless experience for your customers.
Regularly review, verify and report on asset management to provide insight and ensure alignment with customer expectations and financial commitments
Be a catalyst for continuous service improvement both internally and with customers in the areas of process improvement, efficiency gains and customer improvement (e.g. technology adoption, service usage, etc.)
The ideal candidate you will have:
5+ years of related work experience in a customer facing role with a post-secondary degree
A strong client focus and relationship management skills
Excellent listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to understand technology solutions
Highly self-motivated and directed
Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
Practical knowledge of services delivery and IT Operations
Strong time management skills
ITIL Certification is an asset
Ability to build strong relationships
Effectively communicate between customers, sales and technical subject matter experts through all phases of customer engagements
Possess working knowledge of service delivery concepts, processes, and procedures as well as the ability to enhance and manage continuous process improvement
Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
