Base salary: $40.01/hour
Requirements: 3+ years of welding experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment preferred

- Perform fitting, fabrication, and welding repairs on plant equipment and components
- Execute welding using Stick, MIG, and TIG processes
- Perform cutting, grinding, and other metal preparation activities
- Support preventative maintenance activities and equipment repairs
- Maintain shop equipment, tools, and work areas in a safe and organized manner
- Participate in continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
- Actively participate in EHS programs and maintain safe work practices
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Solid understanding of metallurgical properties related to welding applications
- Demonstrated ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations
