You will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and installing industrial machinery and equipment while supporting safe, reliable production operations.

Millwright Responsibilities:
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair industrial production equipment
- Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime
- Complete preventative and predictive maintenance
- Install and commission new machinery and equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and mechanical drawings
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, conveyor, gearbox, bearing, coupling, and mechanical drive systems
- Perform basic machining and welding as required
- Update maintenance records using a CMMS
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain safe work practices
- Assist with equipment modifications, installations, and mechanical upgrades
Millwright Qualifications:
- Licensed 433A Industrial Maintenance Millwright
- Industrial manufacturing experience is mandatory
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, bearings, gearboxes, conveyors, and automated equipment
- Basic machining and welding experience (MIG, stick, brazing, or oxy-acetylene considered an asset)
- Ability to read mechanical drawings, blueprints, and schematics
- Experience using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, verniers, and calipers
- Comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces
- Experience using a CMMS is considered an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
