POSITION SUMMARY:
We're looking for a skilled and dependable General Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you'll work on a variety of construction and renovation projects, completing a range of carpentry tasks while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· 3 + years of carpentry experience preferred
· Experience in residential, commercial, or renovation projects.
· Ability to read blueprints and construction drawings.
· Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
· Proficient with common carpentry tools and equipment.
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work.
· Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
· Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Complete a wide range of carpentry work, including framing, renovations, finishing, trim, siding, decking, and general construction.
· Build and install structural and finish components according to project plans, specifications, and company quality standards.
· Interpret construction drawings and collaborate with the project team to ensure work is completed accurately and efficiently.
· Plan, organize, and execute daily tasks while maintaining productivity and attention to detail.
· Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment in accordance with company policies and industry’s best practices.
· Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality expectations and identify deficiencies before project completion.
· Operate, maintain, and care for company tools, equipment, and job site assets.
· Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, subcontractors, and clients to support successful project delivery.
· Assist with problem-solving and adapt to changing project requirements while maintaining project schedules.
· Represent MCC with professionalism, integrity, and respect on every job site.

WORK CONDITIONS:

COMPENSATION:
· Competitive wages are based on experience and skill level

Pay: $35.00-$40.00 per hour
