What’s the Gig?
As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the superstar guiding our valued clients through their daily and emergency service needs. You’ll be:
- The Voice of Delight: Engage with customers over the phone, providing top-notch service and support.
- The Product Guru: Promote our fantastic array of services and identify those golden opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
- The Problem Solver: Dive into details, tackle inquiries, and ensure every customer experience is nothing short of exceptional.

What We’re Looking For:
- Your Qualifications: High school diploma required, fluent and strong English speaking and writing skills
- Experience: 2-3 years in a customer service role. Even better if it’s in a call center!
- Tech Skills: Comfortable with computer systems, data entry, and basic tech troubleshooting.
- Communication: Fluent in English, with top-notch typing and data entry skills.
- Attitude: Enthusiastic, positive, and ready to tackle challenges with a smile.

Pay: $21.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 – 44 per week
