We are woodworking company that deals with both residential and commercial projects. We are currently looking for a cabinet maker and specialist to join our team.
Duties & Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities would include but are not limited to:
- Sorting and assembling cabinets and parts
- Sorting and assembling drawer boxes per cabinet
- Putting doors onto cabinets
- Cutting and assembling specialty items such as light valances, crown, toe-kick, etc.
Qualifications & Skills
Some skills that are necessary for this position include:
- Reading & understanding shop drawings and elevations
- Knowledge of wood and wood related products
- Knowledge of hardware and related products
- Use of woodworking equipment is required
- Cabinet assembly experience is an asset
- Works well in a team setting
- Eagerness to learn
Having a college education or previous experience within the cabinetry or woodworking industry is considered an asset however is not necessarily required.
Monday to Friday: 7:30am - 5pm
**Wages to be discussed upon hire based on experience level
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
