Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual to handle on-site apartment showings and assist in converting prospects into signed leases in the Greater Montreal Area.
The role focuses on meeting potential tenants, conducting apartment visits, presenting available units in a clear and professional way, and following up with interested clients. You will play a key role in helping prospects move from initial interest to a signed lease.
This is a people-facing, sales-driven position for someone confident, persuasive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced rental environment.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct on-site apartment showings
- Meet and guide prospective tenants during visits
- Present units in an engaging and professional way
- Follow up with leads and maintain communication
- Assist in closing rental agreements (signing leases)
- Coordinate schedules for property visits
Requirements:
- Strong communication and people skills
- Sales mindset with ability to close deals
- Reliable, punctual, and organized
- Comfortable traveling within Greater Montreal
- Previous sales or customer service experience is an asset
Pay: $650.00-$1,000.00 per week
