You will represent Selena Jewelry Bullion in-store, at local events and social media content to showcase jewellery and bullion collections.Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers, respond to product inquiries and deliver attentive customer service
- Support sales teams with live product demonstrations
- Participate in photo and short video content creation for brand marketing
- Maintain polished, brand-aligned presentation for all public appearances
- Coordinate promotional activity schedules, collect customer feedback and collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns
- Support brand awareness growth across social platforms
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer service aptitude to engage a diverse audience respectfully
- Brand awareness to consistently uphold brand standards during all promotional activities
- Clear professional communication for in-person and digital interactions
- Comfort being photographed and filmed for marketing content; experience in fashion, jewellery, luxury retail is an asset
- Flexible scheduling, ability to stand for extended periods and maintain a neat, professional appearance
- Reliable, collaborative mindset to align with sales and marketing teams within a hybrid setup
Working ArrangementThis is an Independent Contractor engagement. Flexible scheduling with no mandatory attendance requirements. You control your availability and can maintain other external partnerships. Compensation tied to deliverables and completed engagements. Contractors manage their own tax obligations and insurance coverage.
Pay: $18.25-$34.59 per hour
