We combine small-town values with a big-city selection and are looking for a creative professional who excels at video-first storytelling, social media content, and professional graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite.
About the Role
As our Digital Media & Graphic Designer, you'll bring the GrandErie brand to life through engaging social media, compelling short-form video, professional graphic design, photography, and digital marketing. You'll spend as much time capturing content in our stores as you will editing videos, designing creative assets, and helping execute marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do
Social Media, Video & Content Creation
- Produce engaging Reels, Stories and short-form videos.
- Capture photography and video throughout our stores, events and community initiatives.
- Edit professional-quality videos using Instagram Edits and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Plan and manage social media calendars while monitoring trends and measuring engagement.
Graphic Design & Brand Development
- Design flyers, signage, digital advertising, email campaigns and promotional materials using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Maintain GrandErie's visual brand standards across all print, digital and social media content.
- Prepare professional artwork for print and digital applications.
Website & Digital Marketing
- Manage and enhance company websites using Wix.
- Create and update landing pages, promotions and digital content.
- Support email marketing initiatives and customer communications.
Marketing Strategy, Events & Project Management
- Support seasonal campaigns, community events and promotional initiatives.
- Manage multiple creative projects and deadlines with exceptional attention to detail.
- Organize digital assets and contribute creative ideas that strengthen the GrandErie brand.
We're Looking for Someone Who...
- Loves creating video content and naturally sees stories everywhere.
- Understands what makes people stop scrolling.
- Has exceptional graphic design skills supported by a strong portfolio.
- Is highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
- Enjoys collaborating with people and making others comfortable on camera.
- Is experienced with website management using Wix.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
- Brings professionalism, creativity and a positive attitude.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience creating digital marketing content.
- Professional portfolio showcasing both video production and graphic design.
- Demonstrated experience managing business social media accounts.
- Experience creating engaging short-form video and social media content.
- Experience maintaining websites using Wix.
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Retail marketing experience is an asset.
