Work with Document Control to ensure sensitive project documents are handled and stored in accordance with company standards.
Prepare, format, and organise DWP/project documents, including deliverables, procedures, change requests/change orders, instructions, and meeting notes.
Maintain accurate and complete project correspondence and records; scan, file, and archive documentation as required.
Maintain trackers for the assigned DWP, including commitments, deliverables, action items, and responses (e.g., RFIs/RFP-related inputs as applicable).
Support updates to the project/DWP organisation and stakeholder/contact lists, as required.
Ensure internal control systems and standard templates are leveraged at all stages of the DWP, as per company standards.
Provide regular status inputs to the Project Manager and Program Coordinator (e.g., actions, decisions, deliverables) to support project tracking and reporting.
Organise and maintain DWP/project information repositories (e.g., SharePoint, M-Files) for efficient access and auditability.
Support effective use of Microsoft Teams for collaboration on the DWP, including channel/file organisation and meeting logistics.
Support action/task tracking in Microsoft Planner (or equivalent tool) for the assigned DWP.
