Why this role is important?
The co-op student will assist the Senior Quality Assurance Manager, Cannabis with Quality Assurance documents and data management for Medical Cannabis. This position involves working closely with various internal departments, and external teams.
What You'll Do:
Assist with Quality Assurance document management and archiving
Data entry into Quality Assurance databases/spreadsheets
Assist with management of training records
Review records/data and create graphs/charts
Maintain binders/electronic folders
Assist with trending
Assist with preparation and formatting of documents/spreadsheets
Assist with preparation and review of presentation slides
Collaborate with cross functional teams at licensed facility
Other duties as assigned
What You'll Need:
Working towards a post-secondary education in a related scientific field or post-secondary diploma in Quality Assurance or Regulatory Affairs
Strong attention to detail
Good organizational skills
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and SharePoint
