Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong construction management skills, proficiency with industry-standard software, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and stakeholders effectively. Responsibilities
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure project specifications are met.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate smooth project execution.
- Utilize tools like Bluebeam and Civil 3D for project documentation, design review, and site planning.
- Conduct construction estimating to establish accurate project costs and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout all phases of construction.
- Manage procurement processes, including bid evaluations and contract negotiations.
- Oversee project documentation, reporting, and communication to stakeholders for transparency and accountability.
- Lead project team meetings, assign tasks, and track performance metrics to maintain productivity.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction management or a related field with a strong understanding of construction processes.
- Proficiency in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and technical drawings.
- Hands-on experience with construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid.
- Knowledge of construction estimating techniques and cost control measures.
- Strong project management skills with excellent time management abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical documents accurately.
- Effective communication skills for coordinating with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Relevant certifications or training in construction management or related disciplines are preferred.
This position is integral to ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality construction projects while maintaining safety standards and client satisfaction.
Pay: $65,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
Work Location: In person
