Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of projects related to food conveyor systems, ensuring they meet specifications, deadlines, and budgets. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions and develop comprehensive project plans.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise, adjusting plans as necessary.
- Communicate project status, risks, and solutions to stakeholders regularly.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of project management experience in manufacturing, preferably in the food conveyor industry.
- Strong understanding of conveyor systems and food safety regulations.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery on time and within budget.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
