Boutique Skin Envie is Canada’s #1 destination for medical-grade skincare, beauty and wellness. We’re a mother-daughter team that’s built a fast-growing online store, a podcast (Skin Talks), and a community that genuinely trusts our recommendations.
Now we’re building something new: our own personal brands. We want the two of us out front, like the founders of the brands you follow, with our own audiences that pull people back to the business.
The role
We’re hiring one content creator to build our personal social accounts with us, from the first idea to the posted video. These are our own channels, separate from the main BSE brand account our agency runs. You’ll be next to us most days, capturing the real moments, the behind-the-scenes of running the company, and the mother-daughter side of how we work, then cutting it into content that grows our audience and drives traffic back to Boutique Skin Envie.
You’ll help us build the strategy and then execute it. That means sitting down with us to define what our personal brands stand for and what we should post, then going out and making it: filming, editing, writing, designing, and publishing. It’s a lot for one person, so we need someone who can handle both the planning and the production and do both well.
What you’ll own (our personal platforms (you create this):
- Shape ideas and storylines with us, and find the thread between who we are and what we sell
- Film with us: short-form video, behind-the-scenes, real life, product moments
- Write the hooks and cut each piece for the platform it’s going on
- Edit short-form video fast and well (Reels, TikTok)
- Design clean statistics and carousels
- Run weekly batch shoots so we always stay ahead
- Build and grow our personal TikTok and Instagram from the ground up
- Watch the analytics and adjust what we do
- Bring us the trends, sounds, and formats worth jumping on

- Post and schedule Skin Talks podcast clips (our podcast manager creates them)
- Keep our Pinterest active and organized with existing content
- Keep both consistent and on schedule

You’re right for this if you have
- A reel, account, or portfolio that proves your eye and your editing (this matters to us far more than a resume)
- Sharp short-form editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, whatever gets it done)
- An instinct for hooks and what actually makes people stop scrolling
- Your own ideas, not just the ability to follow a brief
- An eye for keeping everything consistent with an established brand
- The confidence to direct, and the patience to make two non-professionals feel natural on camera
- Design ability for statics (Canva and Adobe)
- The discipline to own a calendar and ship without being chased
- Bilingual (English/French) is a real plus
Bonus points for growing an account from zero, photography, paid-social or ad-creative experience, or a background in beauty or e-commerce.
