Currently we are seeking to fill a full time position Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00 permanent position for an individual with exceptional time management, organizational, communication, and multitasking capabilities to work as a Customer Service Office Assistant/Secretary. Ideal individual would be outgoing, willing to learn, punctual, have a mathematical aptitude, and a team player.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Answer phone calls
- Customer service
- Assist other Office staff
- Cleaning of office
- Multiple data entry systems
- Invoicing, purchasing, and creating cheques for customers
- Understand Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)
- Knowledge in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
- Knowledge of livestock and/or trucking industry an asset
- Knowledge in multiple databases Is an asset
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to operate multifunctional office equipment
- Ability to prioritize tasks based on daily situations
