Currently we are seeking to fill a full time position Monday to Friday 9:00-5:00 permanent position for an individual with exceptional time management, organizational, communication, and multitasking capabilities to work as a Customer Service Office Assistant/Secretary. Ideal individual would be outgoing, willing to learn, punctual, have a mathematical aptitude, and a team player.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Answer phone calls
  • Customer service
  • Filing
  • Assist other Office staff
  • Cleaning of office
  • Multiple data entry systems
  • Invoicing, purchasing, and creating cheques for customers
  • Understand Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access)


  • Knowledge in Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Knowledge of livestock and/or trucking industry an asset
  • Knowledge in multiple databases Is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to operate multifunctional office equipment
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on daily situations
